1. Single Purpose
Form Limiter Pro for Google Forms™ is an add-on developed by NEXT7. Its sole purpose is to monitor submission counts or deadline dates on your Google Form and automatically turn off response acceptance when your chosen limit is reached.
2. Scopes Requested & Data Handled
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.currentonly: Used strictly to inspect response counts on the active form, set closed-form messages, and toggle response acceptance. No access to other files in your Google Drive™ is requested.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.send_mail: Used solely to send an automated status notification to the form owner's own email address when the limit is reached or the form closes.
No Cloud Exfiltration: The add-on stores trigger settings in Google Apps Script's native PropertiesService within your Google account. We do not transmit, view, or retain your form responses or participant personal data on external servers.

Google Workspace User Data Policy Compliance:
NEXT7's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
